Requirements for submitting materials to the collection:
Authors (conference participants) submit texts of their own, previously unpublished research corresponding to the conference themes, in Ukrainian or English. At the beginning, an abstract of the article of 3–4 sentences must be provided, along with its title and keywords in both Ukrainian and English. The main requirement for texts is scholarly novelty of the material, originality of thought, and relevance of the topic.
Authors must submit:
1. An application form as a separate file (see below).
2. The article text as a separate file, up to 15,000 characters including spaces, typed in Microsoft Word for Windows, font Times New Roman, font size 14, line spacing 1.5. File format – doc.
a. Paragraph indents should be formatted without using the tab key.
b. Do not use a dash in place of a hyphen or vice versa within the text.
c. Use curly quotation marks ” ” when quoting.
d. Indicate century names with the corresponding Roman numerals.
3. If additional fonts are used in the text, provide them as separate files.
4. Illustrative material (if available, no more than 8 items) as separate numbered files in tiff or jpeg format (300 dpi). Reference numbers to the illustrations must be placed in the text of the article in parentheses accordingly (fig. 1, etc.).
Provide, as a separate file, a correspondingly numbered list of captions for the illustrations (Fig. 1…). Tables with headings may be placed within the text or also provided as separate files.
5. A list of sources and references used (mandatory), compiled in the order in which references appear in the text, provided after the text, and formatted according to the DSTU 2015 requirements. Please do not use automatic numbering. References to sources and literature should be given in the text in square brackets with continuous numbering (e.g.: [3, p. 42] for bibliography or [3, sheet 42] for archival files), where 3 is the sequential number in the specified list. The absence of references to sources and literature in the text is possible if the author submits the work to the “Communications” section.
