Has more than 20 years of experience in law and public administration. Holds a degree in Law (Jurisprudence) from the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
In 2022–2023, he served as Deputy Director of the Cultural Heritage Department and Head of the Division for Cultural Heritage Policy Development at the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine.
He has extensive experience in cultural heritage protection, monument preservation, management support, representing institutions before government authorities and courts, drafting legislation and regulations, and developing state policy on cultural heritage protection.
