Born on 23 February 1972 in Kyiv.
Has worked at the National Kyiv-Pechersk Historical and Cultural Preserve since 15 September 1989.
In 1995, he graduated with honours from the Faculty of History of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
In 2004, at the same university, he defended his PhD thesis “Research on Church History in the Kyiv Church-Historical and Archaeological Society, 1872–1920” (specialty 07.00.06 – Historiography, Source Studies and Special Historical Disciplines).
He is the author of about 100 publications, including 2 monographs. As academic editor, editor-in-chief or publication coordinator, he has contributed to more than 120 scholarly editions, including monographs, collections of research papers, catalogues and conference proceedings.
