Ukrposhta has issued a postal block to the centenary of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra National Reserve. Its introduction into circulation and special cancellation took place on September 30, 2026. The block depicts the Lavra temples and the Great Bell Tower in an ornamental frame. Next to it is the inscription “100 years”. The design of the “First Day” envelope combines images of the frescoes of the Church of the Savior on Berestov and the iconostasis of the Trinity Gate Church. The circulation of the issue is 40 thousand copies. The postal issue is dedicated to a hundred years of work on the preservation of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. On September 29, 1926, its territory received the status of a historical and cultural state reserve. Since then, generations of museum workers, scientists and restorers have studied and preserved architectural monuments, works of art and historical evidence. Today, the museum collections of the National Reserve number about 73 thousand items. Its centenary is included in the UNESCO Calendar of Commemorative Dates for 2026–2027.
